Why This Studio?
Everyone deserves to learn how to play music. This studio's goal is to provide every person an opportunity to study piano, develop the discipline of practice, and experience the joy of making their own music. Students are encouraged to excel in their work ethic, embrace deep practice, pay attention to detail, and gain a comprehensive understanding of piano playing. The learning journey includes a strong foundation in technique, mental preparation, while always making space for laughter along the way.
Students have a voice in their studies, emphasizing collaboration in the student-teacher relationship. With kindness, compassion, and attentive listening, every student feels valued and receives quality instruction.
The studio values the benefits of competition and performance, encouraging students to participate in recitals, festivals, and auditions to build resilience, perseverance, and confidence. As an active member of MTNA, NFMC, and RCM, Bridget provides coaching and opportunities for students to engage in these and other events.
